Leasing
Sun Brite Supply can arrange lease financing for any large equipment purchase. Purchases must be $1000 or more, and the buyer has to have been in business for more than one year. The rates are competitive, and the application can be processed right on the phone within minutes. Please call us for details.

The pictures used throughout this site are for illustration purposes. Sometimes the picture is not of the exact model indicated, but is somewhat similar. If any detail you find in a picture is important to you, please ask us about that feature before placing your order.
Pricing
"Internet Only" prices are for web shoppers only. Our Regular Price is usually our store selling price in Atlanta. Store prices in Maryland may be slightly higher due to local conditions. If you call into any SBS store to place an order, you will be charged the Regular Price of that store for your purchases. Web store orders get lower prices because no person is involved in support for that order. Everything is automated, including the processing of your credit card. We pass those savings on to you.
Prices found on this web store are for Contractors Only! Homeowners, please call our store to get retail pricing. Many of the products we sell are imported from Europe, and prices on imported products tend to fluctuate all the time. Therefore, all prices are subject to change without notice. We accept all major credit cards, and check-by-fax from known customers.
If you place an order for any custom-made equipment or non-stock items, a non-refundable deposit of 30% will be charged to your account at the time the order is placed. The balance will be charged when the item is shipped or picked up.
Sales Tax will be collected on all sales within the state of Georgia for our web store. Out-of-state customers are responsible to report and pay sales tax to the state where they live.
Please don't be offended, but orders from first-time customers may take a few moments longer to process. Due to the sheer number of credit card problems these days, we have to limit the size of orders from customers we don't know yet. We also verify that the "ship-to" address of orders from new customers matches the billing address for their credit card. Forgive us for being cautious. We will get to know ya'll soon enough, though, so don't worry.
Due to credit card fraud and identity theft we also verify the credit card information before we ship any part of the order. This may delay the shipping of your order. To help us, please make sure that all information you enter in the billing screen is accurate to ensure the fastest processing times. We will contact you and resolve any problems as fast as possible so you can get your order in the best time frame.
Shipping Policies
We will ship your order within 24 hours by the best method available. Orders in by Noon ship that same day.
If any item is temporarily out of stock, we will ship your order (minus what is back-ordered) right away. Back-ordered items will be shipped as soon as the item comes in. We will not charge you for any back-ordered item until it ships. You will not be charged extra freight for back-ordered items.

Non-US Orders
All transactions are in U.S. dollars. Customers outside of the U.S. who pay by credit card will have the total charge converted automatically to U.S. dollars by their credit card company.

All Sales At Sun Brite Supply Are Considered “FINAL”. Occasionally A Customer Might Wish To Return An Item, And We Have A Policy Covering That.
1. Customers may return an item for store credit that has not been used in any way. Goods that have been installed or damaged or improperly handled cannot be returned. Electrical parts such as motors, electric burner igniters, transformers, burner assemblies, etc. cannot be returned.
2. Items for return must be in their original containers and complete with all parts and manuals usually provided with those items.
3. Credit for returned goods is a ‘store credit’ only – no cash refunds.
4. We are the final judges of the acceptibility of any return item. We will only accept goods that we judge to be “re-sellable as new”.
GENERAL RETURN POLICIES:
• Sometimes mistakes are made. We apologize for the inconvenience caused by any mistake, and we promise to correct the mistake as quickly as possible. If any item is shipped in error by Sun Brite Supply, we will pay the freight to have it returned and we will pay the freight charge for shipping the correct item to you.
• Customers are responsible for the shipping of any goods to be returned (except if the item shipped was our error) including the cost of shipping.
• Unused items returned to us that are shipped back within 30 calendar days of our original ship date will be credited less a 10% restocking fee (except special order items) as long as it meets the criteria stated above.
• Special order items cannot be returned.
• Customers who want to return an item must call and ask for authorization to do so. This authorization is called a Returned Goods Authourization number which is assigned by Sun Brite prior to returning the item. This R.G.A. number must be clearly marked on the outside of the shipping container. Items returned to us without a prior R.G.A. code will be discarded without inspection and no credit will be issued.
• Goods returned with a proper authorization code are subject to inspection upon receipt at Sun Brite to determine if credit will be issued – based on the criteria established above. If no credit is authorized by sun brite, the item can be returned to the customer at his or her option for normal shipping charges.
Sorry, but freight costs are not ever refundable.
